Rathin will be responsible for driving new strategic and prestigious projects of the Company.
He did his Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and then completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
He has 29 years of versatile experience in Indian and multi-national organizations like Asian Paints, Gillette & Blow Plast - where he was heading the Direct Sales and Marketing function. He created many-a-benchmarks in Gillete and spear-headed the very successful Operation Sunshine, that revamped the whole team and ensuring successful sales and distribution process. He then moved to Blow Plast Ergonomics Ltd./VIP Industries & subsequently Bisleri International. Prior to Zicom Rathin was the CEO of Shapoorji Pallonji Fabricators Pvt. Ltd. He joined Zicom in November 2005.
He is very fond of reading and believes in micro-approach to situations. Whenever he finds time he lectures to young management students. |
